Derek Morikawa

Derek Morikawa has significant experience in executive leadership roles. Derek served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Indyme Solutions, where they brought innovation and rapid product realization to the company. Derek was also the Director of Engineering at Solekai Systems, where they directed and grew Fortune 500 company accounts. Earlier in their career, they were the CEO of Vision Robotics Corporation, where they raised $10 million in development funding. Prior to that, they were the President of RD Instruments, where they redefined the product portfolio and achieved revenue and profit growth. Derek also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Broadband Innovations, where they identified and resolved manufacturing issues. Derek's experience also includes being the COO of Wavetek Wandel and Golterman, where they led post-merger integration efforts, and being the President of Wavetek Corporation, where they transformed the company and tripled its gross revenues.
