Francis Mullany

Francis Mullany has worked in the telecommunications industry since 1998. Francis began their career as a Wireless Radio Systems Researcher at Lucent Technologies Bell Labs innovations. In 2006, they moved to Alcatel-Lucent where they served as Senior Director and Department Head of RF Hardware. In 2015, they joined Nokia Bell Labs as a Principal Research Strategist for 5G, E2E orchestration, and Wireless Technologies. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed as Roadmap Director at iNEMI.

Francis Mullany obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronic Engineering from University College Dublin in 1992, and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electronic Engineering from the same institution in 1998.
