Chris Vroman

Chris Vroman has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Chris began their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Gent in 1980, before working as an Economist at Paribas Bank from 1983 to 1985. Chris then moved on to the Office National du Ducroire, where they served as an External Relations Officer from 1985 to 1987. Chris then joined BP as a Credit Manager from 1987 to 1995, followed by a role as an Audit Manager from 1996 to 1999. Chris then transitioned to BP Chemicals, where they worked as a Finance and Procurement Manager from 1999 to 2005. In 2005, Chris joined INEOS Oxide, taking on various roles including Finance and Logistics Manager, Financial Controller, HR Director and Financial Controller, and HR, Legal and Tax Director. Chris continued working at INEOS Oxide and INEOS Phenol as an HR Director from 2015 to the present.

Chris Vroman earned a Master's degree in Economic Sciences from Ghent University, where they studied from 1976 to 1980.
