Sam Prasad

Sam Prasad has over 20 years of experience in the field of benefits, payroll, HRIS, and product development. Sam most recently served as the Head of Benefits, Payroll, and HRIS for North America at INEOS. Prior to that, they were the Head of Global Benefits at Synchrony for five years. Sam has also held director-level positions at Consortium Health Plans, Morneau Shepell, and Stone Partners. Sam began their career at Mercer as a Principal and Senior Director, and also worked as a Benefits Consultant and Valuation Manager at Willis Towers Watson.

Sam Prasad earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Risk Management and Insurance, and Business from The University of Texas at Austin in 1996. In addition, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Six Sigma US in 2007 and an Associate of the Society of Actuaries certification from the Society of Actuaries in 2001.
