Srinivasa Karavadi

Srinivasakumar Karavadi is an accomplished agricultural leader with extensive experience in the crop science industry. Currently serving as President at INERA™ since July 2024, Srinivasakumar's previous roles at Bayer include Lead Commercial Unit South for the Rice Community in India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka, and several senior leadership positions overseeing market development and managing country divisions. Notably, Srinivasakumar was responsible for the profit and loss of rice seeds and traits as Business Head at Bayer CropScience, and has held various managerial positions within the organization since 1996. Srinivasakumar began a career at Pioneer Hi-Bred International Inc. as Regional Business Manager before progressing through different roles in Bayer CropScience, demonstrating a strong foundation in sales, marketing, and operational excellence. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture from G. B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology.
