Vladimir Gutierrez

Vladimir Gutierrez, Ph.D., serves as the CEO and Director-General of GeoInformation Systems at INETER, with a robust background in geo-informatics and GIS tool development. Vladimir's professional experience includes various academic roles, such as Professor-Dr. at multiple universities, teaching subjects ranging from artificial neural networks to database management. Gutierrez has held consulting positions and contributed to significant projects in spatial data infrastructure. Educationally, Gutierrez holds a Ph.D. in Predictive Modeling and Artificial Intelligence and an MSc in Geo-Informatics from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, along with a degree in Computer Engineering from the Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería.
