Vinicius Neris

Vinicius Neris has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2011, they worked as a Scientific Researcher at the Laboratory for Optimization of Manufacturing Processes, where they conducted research and managed laboratory materials. After that, they served as a Stharter at Sthart in 2013, followed by a role as a Partner at Trilha Group, where they were involved in marketing strategy, sales, and customer development.

In 2014, Vinicius co-founded salve.mobi and served as the Community Manager, focusing on improving user experience. Vinicius also joined InEvent LATAM as the Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for managing the sales team, closing deals, lead generation, and expanding the customer base.

In 2019, they became an Entrepreneur In Residence at Tampa Bay Wave and a Co-Founder at InEvent, where they played a significant role in leading sales for a top global platform in the virtual and hybrid event software landscape. Under their leadership, the company grew its revenue 25 times in less than a year in 2020.

Throughout their career, Vinicius has demonstrated expertise in sales, marketing, customer development, and entrepreneurship.

Vinicius Neris has an extensive education history, with a focus on entrepreneurship and business. In 2019, they attended Y Combinator's Summer Batch program, where they studied International Business. In 2015, they completed the Entrepreneur program at Draper University, specializing in Entrepreneurship and Startups. Prior to that, Vinicius attended USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2010 to 2014, where they pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Vinicius also attended Poliedro in 2009 and 2010, participating in the Aeronautical Institute of Technology preparation program. In addition to their formal education, Vinicius obtained the InEvent Certified © certification from InEvent Inc in November 2014.
