Mahipalsinh Rana has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Currently, they hold the position of Director at Tridhya Tech Limited since 2023. Prior to this, Mahipalsinh Rana was the Director & CTO at INEXTURE Solutions LLP, where they were responsible for various roles such as Liferay Experts, Solr Experts, Elastic Search Experts, Enterprise Search Consultant, and Enterprise Web and Mobile App Solutions. Mahipalsinh also served as a Startup Development Partner, specializing in Location Driven Solutions, Banking Solutions, Networking Solutions, and Job Portals. Additionally, they have expertise in DevOps technologies such as Docker and Jenkins.

Before joining INEXTURE Solutions LLP, Mahipalsinh Rana worked at CIGNEX Datamatics as the Liferay Practice Lead and Liferay Technical Architect from 2009 to 2014. Prior to that, they worked at Sun Microsystems as a Software Engineer and a Member of Technical Staff from 2004 to 2009. Throughout their career, Mahipalsinh Rana has demonstrated their technical skills and leadership abilities in the field of software engineering and development.

Mahipalsinh Rana began their education at C U Shah, where they completed their SSC degree in the field of SSC from 1990 to 1996. Mahipalsinh then attended JNV and earned their HSC degree in Science from 1996 to 1998. Following this, Mahipalsinh Rana enrolled in NV Patel College of Pure and Applied Sciences, Vallabh Vidyanagar. From 1998 to 2001, they pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology. Finally, they attended PES University, where they obtained a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in the field of MCA from 2001 to 2004.
