Susana Ponce de León has a diverse background in various industries. Susana started their career at W Radio Colombia in 2001 as an International producer-journalist, conducting research and coordinating interviews with notable personalities. In 2012, they joined Infant Swimming Resource as a Master instructor, teaching aquatic self-rescue skills to young children and leading national and international training sessions for new instructors. Susana also played a role in raising awareness about drowning prevention through education, marketing, and communication campaigns. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as an Account Executive at G2 Colombia, managing high-intensity clients such as P&G and Applica and fostering strong relationships between the agency and clients.
Susana Ponce de León completed their education at three different institutions. From 1997 to 1998, they studied at Faculté des Langues | Université de Strasbourg and pursued a degree in Etudes de langue francaise, focusing on language studies. Following this, they attended Pontificia Universidad Javeriana from 1998 to 2003, majoring in Social communications and specializing in Communication and Media Studies. While the dates are not specified, Susana also pursued a degree in Advertising at Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano.
