Aditya Kumar

Aditya Kumar has been working in the tech industry since 2005. Aditya began their career as the Head of Global Projects Manager for AIESEC in 2005. In 2010, they worked as a Product Innovation Expert for élogos, scaling their e-learning platform from 0 to 100,000 users. In 2012, they joined Michael Page International as a Technology Consultant. In 2013, they joined LinkedIn as a Senior Technical Product Consultant and Technical Product Consultant. During this time, they led the team that grew jobs on LinkedIn India from 5000 to 5,00,000. Aditya then moved to Belong.co in 2016, taking on the roles of Vice President of Growth Products and Product. In 2020, they joined Whatfix as a Lead Product Manager - Growth and in 2021, they joined inFeedo as VP Product. At inFeedo, they are leading product, design and data science on a mission to make 100 million employees heard and valued.

Aditya Kumar completed a Masters In International Management in Digital Business from IE Business School between 2009 and 2010. Prior to that, they earned an Engineering degree in Information Technology from Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology between 2002 and 2006. Aditya also holds a LinkedIn Certified Recruiter certification from LinkedIn, which they obtained in April 2014.
