Ajay Ruhela

Ajay Ruhela has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Ajay began their career at Infosys as a SAP Business Intelligence Consultant, where they were proficient in ERP modeling, BI reports, BO dashboards, and ABAP programming. In 2015, they worked as a Management Intern at Mindtree, focusing on Sustainability & Diversity. In 2016, they joined HCL Technologies as a Global HR Transitions Consultant and Employee Experience and Feedback COE. Their roles included HR mouthpiece and consultant for pre-sales and delivery, creating frameworks and practices, and designing and facilitating experience enhancement workshops. In 2019, they joined inFeedo as the AVP - People Science and People Scientist. Their roles included designing conversations of the AI-enabled chatbot Amber, driving new product development, conducting research on employee experience, and using insights to improve/create employee frameworks.

Ajay Ruhela completed a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Maharaja Agrasen Institute Of Technology between 2007 and 2011. Ajay then pursued a HR Leadership Program from School of Inspired Leadership between 2015 and 2016. In February 2022, they obtained a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM. Ajay also holds a Capstone Business Simulation certification from Business Think Learning.
