Shilpi Arora

Shilpi Arora has a diverse professional background. Shilpi began their career in 2016 as a Team Lead Manager at AIESEC in Delhi IIT. In 2019, they joined inFeedo as a People Operations. In 2020, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group). Currently, they are a Sr. Associate - People Success at inFeedo, where they work as a Chief Listening Officer, utilizing AI to engage employees, predict attrition, and answer FAQs.

Shilpi Arora obtained a High School Diploma in French Language and Literature from St. Stephen's College in 2017. Shilpi then went on to receive a B.Sc Life Science from Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College in 2018. In 2019, they obtained five additional certifications from IIBA and NPTEL, including Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA), Stress Management, The Psychology of Language, Co-Branded Business Analysis Certificate, and a Diploma in French Language. In 2020, they completed a PGDM from Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH).
