Charlie Hilliard

Charlie Hilliard is an accomplished operations manager and engineer with extensive experience in high-impact roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Senior Manager of North America Operations and Program Manager/Product Owner at INFICON since March 2019, Charlie has successfully led projects that improved factory output, implemented agile methodologies, and enhanced customer collaboration. Prior experiences include significant roles at Final Phase Systems and Samsung Austin Semiconductor, where achievements include managing over 300 IT projects, optimizing performance through strategic application development, and leading teams for factory efficiency improvements. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University.
