Dr. Mohamed Radwan is a skilled scientist with extensive experience in materials science and engineering. Currently employed at INFICON since April 2019, Dr. Radwan specializes in research and development. Prior roles include Senior Researcher at the Institute of Inorganic Chemistry (Slovak Academy of Sciences), where research focused on sintering transparent spinel ceramics, and as a Marie Curie Research Fellow working on advanced materials for LED applications. Dr. Radwan has held various research management positions and contributed significantly to the development of wear-resistant materials through spark plasma sintering at Diamorph. Education includes a PhD in Inorganic Chemistry from Ain Shams University, complemented by post-doctoral research at Osaka University under the JSPS Fellowship.
