Mat Beynon

Mat Beynon has a strong work history in the field of information technology and project management. Mat started their career at MJA Dynamics in 1990 as a Software Developer & Project Manager. After several years, they transitioned to Aerosystems International as a Solution Delivery Manager from 1996 to 1998. Mat then worked at Vodafone as a Technical Product Manager and later as an IT Manager (Billing & CRM) from 1999 to 2001. Mat's career continued at Orange as a Senior Project Manager in 2002.

In 2003, they joined Vodafone again, this time as a Program Manager until 2005. Mat then worked at Three UK as a Program Manager from 2005 to 2007, and later at Ericsson Services, Australia as the Head of Content Delivery from 2007 to 2008. Mat then joined HSBC Australia as a Program Manager from 2008 to 2009, before moving to Oakton as a Consultant (Program Manager) from 2009 to 2011.

Mat'smost recent roles have been at Iberdrola Australia, where they started as an IT Operations Manager in 2011. Mat then moved up to become the Head of Information Technology from 2013 to 2016. Currently, Mat holds the position of CIO at Iberdrola Australia since July 2016.

Mat Beynon attended the University of Southampton from 1986 to 1989, where they studied Electrical Engineering. In addition, they hold a certification in Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA.
