Major Vipin Rana

Major Vipin Rana has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Major vipin began their career in the Indian Army, serving as a Major for six years. After their military service, they transitioned into the corporate sector, starting with Cummins Inc. as a Senior Manager. Major vipin then moved on to Pidilite Industries Limited and JCB India Ltd., where they held the positions of Chief Manager and Senior Manager, respectively. In 2019, Major Rana joined SRF Limited as Chief Manager before joining UPL as Lead HR, ER & IR in 2021. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Human Resources & HSE at Infiiloom.

Major Vipin Rana has a degree in Business Administration and Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) in Navi Mumbai. Major vipin also has completed an Executive MDP in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur.
