Vikaas Arora

Vikaas Arora is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade, currently serving as the AVP of Human Resources at Infiiloom since August 2021. Previously, Vikaas held significant roles such as General Manager of Human Resources at Tutelage Professionals Pvt Ltd and Director of Human Resources at Accutest Research Laboratories, where responsibilities included providing innovative business HR solutions and overseeing HR operations across multiple locations. Vikaas also founded Clinic4Career, a learning platform, and has a background in talent acquisition and management from positions at companies such as Reliance Communications, Finasys Consultants, and Wipro Bpo. An alumnus of ITM with an MBA in Human Resource, Vikaas has facilitated various training programs and executed strategic HR initiatives throughout the career.
