Tim's career in instructional design began at Windwalker Corporation, where roles included project manager and senior instructional designer. Tim's early career involved leadership as Director at Win-Win (Tyson's) and a position as Bailiff at ACSD. Tim earned a Master's of Education degree in Instructional Technology from George Mason University, focusing on Instructional Design and Development.
