Maija Leino

Maija Leino is the CEO of Useless Company Oy since February 2018 and serves as an Advisor at Infine since February 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Junior Researcher and Research Assistant at Lappeenranta University of Technology from September 2012 to December 2018, and as a Visiting Researcher at the Fraunhofer Institute for Building Physics in late 2014, where Maija Leino conducted life cycle assessments on additive manufacturing of plastics. Prior to these positions, Maija Leino was a Trainee at ABB from May 2011 to August 2012, focusing on the creation of Environmental Product Declarations compliant with ISO 14025. Maija Leino holds a Master of Technology in Environmental Technology from LUT University (2013-2014) and a Bachelor of Technology in Environmental Technology from LUT University (2008-2013).
