Chuck Spinner

Chuck Spinner currently serves as SVP of Central R&D Power and Sensor Systems at Infineon Technologies, a position held since June 2023, focusing on division growth through effective research and development. Prior to this role, Chuck Spinner spent nearly 14 years at ON Semiconductor, where responsibilities included Vice President of Technology Development and Vice President and General Manager of US Fab Operations. Chuck Spinner's earlier experience includes key positions at STMicroelectronics, including General Manager of Customer and Operations Support and Vice President of the Phoenix Site and Operations. Chuck Spinner earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1984.
