Stephan Spittaler is a seasoned network engineering professional with a robust background in infrastructure design and automation. Currently serving as Lead Principal Engineer for Network Infrastructure at Infineon Technologies since April 2015, Stephan focuses on global network designs and enhancements, emphasizing improvements in automation and resilience. As the Founder and Technical Lead of spittaler consulting from 2020 to 2023, Stephan provided comprehensive network designs and troubleshooting expertise. Previously, Stephan held various roles at addIT Dienstleistungen GmbH & Co KG, including Lead Network Engineer and Senior Network Engineer, where initiatives such as the migration of WAN backbones and the optimization of network systems were successfully executed. Stephan's educational background includes a Diplomingenieur (equivalent to MSc) in Communication Engineering and a BSc in Telematics and Network Engineering from FACHHOCHSCHULE KÄRNTEN, complemented by a Reifeprüfung-Certificate and VET-Diploma in Computer and Internet engineering from Höhere Technische Bundeslehranstalt Mössingerstraße, Klagenfurt.
