Hao Tran

Hao Tran has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Hao started their career at Cisco as a Board Design Engineer, where they gained 10 years of experience in networking hardware design and demonstrated proficiency in various technologies and standards. After their time at Cisco, they joined Infinera as a Senior Hardware Design Engineer, focusing on high-speed PCB layout and client interface hardware development. Hao later transitioned to the role of Manager, Technical Marketing Engineer, leading new product introduction activities and collaborating with sales and engineering teams to win major deals from new customers. Most recently, Hao Tran has been working as a Principal Systems Engineer at Infinera.

Hao Tran attended Western University from 1994 to 1999, where they completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electrical Engineering. During the same time period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science at Western University.
