Mario Sanguinetti currently serves as the Director of Professional Services for the SCA region at Infinera since March 2019, overseeing customer service activities and personnel in multiple South American countries. Previously, Sanguinetti held the role of Sr Customer Service Manager at Infinera (formerly Coriant) from October 2008 to March 2019, managing deployment and technical support operations in the same region. Earlier experience includes serving as Customer Support Leader for Tellabs Int Inc from November 1998 to October 2008, where Sanguinetti managed customer support across several South American countries and engaged in project management. Initial engineering expertise was developed at NEC Argentina from 1992 to 1998 as a Product Engineer. Sanguinetti holds an Electronics Engineer degree from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional and a High School diploma as an Electronic Technician from Escuela de Educacion Tecnica Nro 2 de Merlo.
