Wei Yan

Wei Yan, CFA, is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Portfolio Manager at Infini Capital since June 2020. Prior to this role, Wei worked as a Macro Analyst & Trader at Elephas Investment from March 2018 to March 2020, and as a Yen Rates Trader, Associate at Nomura from April 2015 to January 2018. Previous positions include Yen Delta Trader, Analyst at RBS Markets & International Banking and a Senior in Human Resources for the student organization Our Vision for Asian Leadership from April 2012 to August 2013, which focused on fostering mutual understanding among CJK students. Wei began a career in finance with internships in the Sales & Trading and Research Departments at Citi in 2012. Wei holds a Master’s Degree in Contemporary Economics from The University of Tokyo, and dual Bachelor's Degrees in Construction Management and Economics from Tsinghua University. Additionally, Wei completed a summer session at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley, focusing on Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law.
