Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Pre-Sales Lead to drive customer engagements, lead technical sales processes, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-driven IT security solutions. This role will play a critical part in supporting sales, enabling customer success, and driving market adoption through tailored technical engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Sales & Customer Engagement
  • Lead technical discovery sessions to identify customer needs and challenges.

  • Design and present customized product demonstrations that align with business goals.

  • Drive proof-of-concept (POC) engagements, ensuring successful validation and technical wins.

  • Act as the trusted technical advisor for CISOs, CIOs, and IT/Security leaders.

   2. Solution Design & Architecture

  • Design scalable and secure IT infrastructure and access management solutions.

  • Map Infinipoint.io’s product capabilities to customer use cases.

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on complex solution designs.

   3. Technical Leadership & Deal Support

  • Support deal strategy and competitive positioning in partnership with Sales.

  • Respond to RFPs and create compelling technical proposals.

  • Manage the technical close process by addressing client concerns and technical objections.

   4. Industry & Competitive Awareness

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging cybersecurity threats, and competitive solutions.

  • Continuously refine product knowledge to effectively position Infinipointagainst competitors.

   5. Post-Sales Collaboration & Product Feedback

  • Provide feedback from client engagements to influence product roadmap.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success and R&D for smooth onboarding and continuous improvements.

Key Qualifications:

Language: 

  • Native English speaker (Or equivalent)

Technical Expertise:

  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting roles in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or SaaS.

  • Deep understanding of IT security concepts like Zero Trust, identity management, access control, SSO, MFA, endpoint protection, and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2).

  • Proven experience delivering complex IT security solutions for enterprise clients.

Sales & Customer Engagement:

  • Strong ability to lead discovery sessions and technical workshops.

  • Expertise in crafting and delivering engaging product demos and technical presentations.

  • Proven track record managing POCs and technical evaluations with enterprise clients.

Business Acumen & Leadership:

  • Strong stakeholder management and technical sales leadership experience.

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and R&D teams.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex technical environments.

Bonus Skills:

  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH, AWS/Azure Security Engineer, or related credentials.

  • Experience with enterprise SaaS environments, API integrations, and technical project management.
