Hugh launched infinite Group in January 2000 after becoming disillusioned with what was then being offered in the field marketing sector. He and co-founder Nigel Stone set out to create a top five ranked field marketing firm within ten years and within five years they were already a top 10 FM company. Within three months of launching the company, infinite had won a major contract with pet food brand Friskies. This was quickly followed by a major deal with One2One (now T-Mobile), Sony, Ubisoft, TomTom, Philips and Universal. Hugh puts infinite’s success down to recruiting talented people and empowering them to succeed.
