Melanie Kählke

Melanie K. is an experienced epidemiologist currently working at the Public Health Agency of Canada since March 2023, contributing to the Knowledge Synthesis Team within the Public Health Risk Sciences Division. Previously, Melanie served as a Research Associate at the University of Ottawa, where significant work included conducting meta-analyses on COVID-19 vaccine effectiveness and drafting protocols for living evidence synthesis. Melanie's earlier roles include a practicum at the Public Health Agency, a data analyst position at Global Advantage Consulting Group, and various positions in educational and service settings. Melanie holds a Master of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Guelph.
