Nahla Kreidly

Food Science Team Lead at Infinite Roots®

Nahla Kreidly currently serves as the Food Science Team Lead at Infinite Roots® (formerly Mushlabs) since January 2024. Previously, Nahla worked as a Protein Research Scientist at Nature's Fynd from July 2021 to October 2023 and contributed as a Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from January 2018 to July 2021. Nahla's early experience includes a Food Product Development Internship at Abbott, where responsibilities involved assisting with documentation and new product demonstrations, and a research assistantship at the University of Leeds, focused on developing novel carbohydrate-based polymers. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Food Technology and Processing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a Master's degree in Polymer and Color Science from the University of Leeds, a certificate in Materials Science from the University of Oxford, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the Lebanese American University.
