Michael Smith

Michael Smith has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Michael began their career as a Carpenter with the Local 1506 Carpenters Union, where they gained a wide range of skills and certifications. Michael also held a leadership position on a major construction project. After working in the union for several years, Michael transitioned to a Customer Care Representative role at D.R. Horton, where they focused on providing excellent customer service and managing all warranty and non-warranty inquiries. Michael then joined Toll Brothers as an Assistant Construction Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing onsite construction, scheduling subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with plans and specifications. Currently, Michael holds the position of Chief Estimator at INFINITY DRYWALL CONTRACTING, INC, where they strive to meet or exceed project profit goals and manages projects according to contract documents. Overall, Michael has a strong background in construction management and customer service.

Michael Smith attended Chaffey College from 2001 to 2003, where they pursued general studies. Michael then went on to complete their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management at Hope International University, graduating in 2008. From 2015 to 2017, Michael pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management at California Baptist University.
