John Coglianese has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. John started their career in 2013 as a Nurse Consultant/Monitor at Sherrenau Consulting, where they provided nursing expertise to skilled nursing homes. John then worked at Presence Health as the Director of Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement, overseeing operations until 2018. Following that, John held the position of Executive Director of Operations at Asbury Court Retirement Community, managing various facilities. In 2019, they served as the Vice President of Operations at Phil Chai Health Care, responsible for overseeing financial and clinical operations. John has also held leadership roles at Harbor Light Hospice and Polaris Health and Wellness. Currently, they are working as the Regional Vice President of Operations at Infinity Health Care Management.
