Joe Penkala

Joseph Penkala is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations and Client Engagement and the Director of Sales at Infinity since June 2018, Joseph has successfully led a flagship program in partnership with a logistics industry leader and managed a team of over 100 Account Executives and 5 Managers. Previous roles include Senior Sales Manager and Sales Manager at Google Waze, where Joseph achieved multiple accolades, including Manager of the Month designations and Infinity’s 2018 Manager of the Year. Prior experience includes serving as Area Sales Manager at YP, The Real Yellow Pages®, consistently exceeding sales objectives and coaching sales teams, as well as working as an Executive Recruiter at Penkala and Associates. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Saint Vincent College.
