Janifer Lai

Janifer Lai is an experienced professional in the esports and gaming industry, currently serving as a Customer Experience Agent at Infinity Plus Two Pty. Ltd. since January 2023. Previous roles include Lead Player Manager for the Melbourne Dreamhack League of Legends Circuit Oceania in April 2023 and Talent Manager for the 2023 Pokémon Oceania International Championships. Janifer has also contributed as an Esports Course Instructor at RMIT University, and held various player management and translation positions at ESL Australia, including roles for major events such as the IEM RMR and Dreamhack. With a solid educational background, Janifer holds a Master of Animation, Games and Interactivity and a Bachelor of Design in Games, both from RMIT University.
