Paul Hodges

Paul Hodges is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the chemical and consulting industries. Currently serving as Chairman at New Normal Consulting and NiTech Solutions, Paul focuses on data-driven strategies and advanced manufacturing technologies. Additionally, as Chairman of the Advisory Board at Infinity Recycling, Paul supports the scaling of advanced plastics recycling initiatives. Previous roles include leadership positions at Ready for Brexit, Recycling Technologies Ltd, and ChemConnect, where Paul was instrumental in raising investment and expanding operations. Paul has also held senior roles at ICI, where oversight included significant global business divisions and operational growth. Paul holds a BA in English & Related Literature from the University of York.
