Jay Fasteen

Jay Fasteen, PTA, possesses extensive experience in the field of physical therapy and rehabilitation, currently serving as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Avamere Rehab of Cascade Park since September 2018 and Infinity Rehab since September 2014. With a strong background in geriatric care, neurological, and orthopedic rehabilitation, Jay has previously worked at Discovery Rehab and Nursing, and completed student clinical affiliations at various facilities, including Camas Physical Therapy and Burlington Physical Therapy. In addition to a career in physical therapy, Jay has a background in architecture, having worked as a project architect at Cuningham Group and Schrock DeVetter Architects. Educational qualifications include a Physical Therapy Assistant degree from Whatcom Community College and a Bachelor of Architecture from North Dakota State University.
