Joe Mercado

Joe Mercado currently serves as a Telecommunications Analyst and has held various positions including System Engineer, Configuration Management, and Executive Administrator at Infinity Systems Engineering since September 2017. Prior to this role, Joe worked as a Youth Director for the City of Colorado Springs from January 2014 to September 2017, where responsibilities included leadership for interns and youth programs, network building, and community service project coordination. Joe's experience also includes serving as a Communications Specialist in the US Army from December 2009 to May 2013, where skills in security, training, and technical support for communication systems were developed. Joe Mercado holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
