Andrew Miller

Andrew Miller has a wide range of work experience in the finance and investment industry. Andrew started their career at Banc of America Securities as an Associate, where they were involved in originating and executing various capital raising transactions. Andrew then joined SMH Capital as the Vice President of Equity Capital Markets before moving on to Madison Williams, where they served as the Head of Equity Capital Markets. At Madison Williams, Andrew built and led a highly active energy equity capital markets effort, helping raise $26 billion in equity and equity linked transactions. Andrew also authored a weekly newsletter distributed to industry professionals.

After their time at Madison Williams, Andrew joined Bergen Asset Management as an Executive Vice President for a year. Andrew then founded Pinto Energy LLC and served as the CFO until 2014. In 2014, they joined Velocys as the Director of Project Finance, where they worked until 2022. Currently, Andrew holds the position of Vice President of Projects at Infinium.

Andrew Miller completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Chinese from Carleton College from 1995-1999. In 1996-1997, they attended the University of Cambridge to study European Economic Integration. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Andrew attended The Hotchkiss School from 1991-1994. Andrew also attended The Buckley School from 1982-1991.
