Thang Vu

Thang Vu is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in the development of medical devices and instrumentation. Currently serving as a Staff Mechanical Engineer at Inflammatix, Inc. since February 2020, Thang has previously held the position of Senior Mechanical Engineer at both Inflammatix and Ximedica, where contributions focused on IVD and medical device projects emphasizing thermal cycling, liquid handling, and automation. Thang's earlier roles include Product Development Engineer at Senova Systems, Inc., where Thang led the design of solid-state pH sensors, and LabView Intern at UCSB Chemical Engineering Lab, responsible for optimizing LabVIEW interfaces. Thang earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara, complemented by an experience at Yonsei University in 2008.
