Xavier Jaramillo

Xavier Jaramillo, NCSO, is an accomplished Project Health Safety Environment Manager at Inflector Environmental Services since March 2021, demonstrating expertise in identifying workplace hazards and recommending safety improvements. Previously, Xavier served as a Health and Safety Coordinator at Deltro Group Ltd. and was an active Joint Health & Safety Committee Employee Representative for the City of Toronto. In this role, significant responsibilities included conducting inspections, overseeing health and safety testing, and managing investigations related to workplace incidents. Additionally, Xavier has experience as a Pool In-Charge and First Aid Instructor, teaching swimming and first aid to a diverse age group, including special needs children. Earlier in the career, Xavier worked as a Landscaping Technician, assisting with risk assessments and various landscaping tasks. Xavier holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Health and Safety from Ryerson University.
