Vladimir Mikhalko

Volodymyr Mikhalko is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in the advertising and data-driven marketing sectors. As Co-Founder and CTO of Influ2 since January 2017, Volodymyr focuses on personally targeted advertising. Volodymyr also holds the position of Partner at Space.ua | Person-Based Marketing and serves as Managing Partner at C8.Data, where expertise includes AdTech, data strategy, programmatic advertising, machine learning, and account-based marketing. Previously, Volodymyr was the Owner of C8 Network from January 2007 to February 2017 and held the role of IT Director at Laboratory8 from 2000 to 2006. Early career experience includes software development at Conceptron UA from 1998 to 1999. Volodymyr holds a degree from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and completed secondary education at Київський Природничо-Науковий Ліцей №145.
