Dilan Kaya

Dilan Kaya is a professional with extensive experience in management consulting and design within the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Senior Management Consultant at Influence AB since September 2022, Dilan previously held roles at TietoEVRY, including Business Designer in Customer Centric Banking and Service Designer in the Financial Services Innovation Hub, where significant contributions were made to product portfolio improvements and digital solutions for major Nordic banks. Dilan's earlier experiences include teaching coding, facilitating workshops on equality and diversity, and managing corporate relations for KTH Formula Student. Dilan holds a Master's degree in Innovation Management and Product Development from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and has been actively involved in various initiatives focusing on female rights and diversity.
