Erin Holm

Erin Holm is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Influence & Co., a content marketing company that helps clients educate customers and address pain points in their industries. Erin has been with Influence & Co. since April 2017, and in their role, they wear many hats, including that of a recruiter, operations specialist, sponsorship manager, and champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Prior to joining Influence & Co., Erin was a Technical Recruiter at Allied Global Services (AGS), where they specialized in finding talent for the accounting, finance, administrative, call center, construction, engineering, information technology, and manufacturing industries. At AGS, Erin was responsible for partnering with clients to implement solutions that maximized overall value and competitiveness.

Erin is passionate about their work and takes great pride in helping their clients find the best possible candidates for their needs. Erin is an energetic and fast-moving professional who is always looking for new challenges and ways to help their clients succeed.

Erin Holm has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Northwest Missouri State University and a Master's of Science in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Missouri State University.

Erin Holm reports to Kelsey Raymond, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Tony Patrick - Director, Digital Marketing, Joanie Zinser - Director, Account Services, and Courtney Mudd - Director, Human Resources.
