InfluenceMap’s People and Culture Manager, Emily, focuses on the continuous evolution of HR processes that optimize a culture of ongoing team and Organizational growth, ensuring through individual development that every team member can reach their full potential. Her career began as an HR Generalist in large Corporates, Arthur Andersen and UBS Investment Bank, then founding an HR Consultancy in 2006 to bring senior HR expertise out of the corporate world to smaller, more dynamic Organizations, latterly with a focus on sustainability and climate change. Before starting her career she studied a BA (Hons) degree in Modern History and Politics at Southampton University followed by a Masters's in HR Management.
