Mercedes Langford

Mercedes Langford has extensive experience in higher education and human resources, currently serving in a Human Resources role at Influents Innovations since January 2023. Previously, Mercedes held the position of Associate Director for Academic Advising and Student Experience at the University of Oregon's Charles H. Lundquist College of Business from July 2017 to August 2020. Mercedes also served at the University of Cincinnati as a Senior Academic Advisor and Assistant Director & Academic Advisor between November 2012 and June 2017, and directed Undergraduate Advising at The University of Memphis from June 2008 to May 2011. Earlier roles include Coordinator of Diversity Development at Oregon State University and positions at Portland State University focused on diversity scholarships and multicultural student organizations. Mercedes holds a Master of Science in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Science in History from Oregon State University.
