Haarlem Mendivil

Haarlem Mendivil has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. From 1998 to 1999, they worked as a Developer at Universidad Nur, where they were in charge of the maintenance of the Students Register system, provided help desk support, and built required reports from different departments across the organization. Haarlem also completed all the documentation of the entire system. From 1999 to present, they have been employed at InfoArch, where they have held various roles including Product Owner/Business Analyst for TeamMate+, Development Lead for CCH Teammate Suite, Reports Team Lead, Project Manager for Report Manager product (dReveal), and Developer. In these roles, they have been responsible for working with clients for requirement analysis and the implementation of new features, leading the plannification of continuous releases to deliver valuable business solutions to clients, and managing the resources in the team to achieve the goals based on Agile methodologies.

Haarlem Mendivil obtained an Engineer degree in Software from Universidad Nur between 1995 and 1999. They also hold certifications as a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) and a Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) from the Scrum Alliance.
