Dhavan Rathore

Dhavan Rathore has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dhavan is currently working as the Director of Engineering at InfoBeans since February 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Delivery Manager at InfoBeans from December 2017 until February 2021.

Before joining InfoBeans, Dhavan worked at Saviant Consulting from September 2014 to December 2017. Dhavan held the positions of Xamarin Practice Lead and Technical Project Manager during their tenure. In these roles, they were responsible for leading the Xamarin practice, strategizing practice roadmaps, assessing ROI, exploring industry opportunities, and managing enterprise mobility and custom hybrid app solutions.

Prior to their time at Saviant Consulting, Dhavan worked at Mphasis from April 2011 to September 2014 as a Project Lead. Dhavan'sresponsibilities included managing .NET projects for automotive clients, focusing on logistics and eCommerce solutions.

Before Mphasis, Dhavan had a long stint at InfoBeans from April 2004 to March 2011. Dhavan held various roles such as Technical Project Manager, Project Lead, and Senior Software Engineer. In these positions, they managed product and project teams, acted as an offshore project coordinator, delivered complex product solutions, provided technical solutions, led system integrations and web services projects, and designed and developed web-based solutions.

Dhavan Rathore has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Gujarati Science College, which they obtained from 1998 to 2001. Dhavan then pursued a Master of Science degree in Information Technology from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya from 2001 to 2003. In 2017, Dhavan became a Xamarin Certified Developer from Xamarin. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance, obtained in August 2016, and a Six Sigma Green Belt from Mphasis.
