Lika Dzhonova

Lika Dzhonova currently serves as the Global Head of Business Processes and Projects at Infobip, a position held since October 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing customer journey initiatives, improving customer experience, and managing interdepartmental projects. Lika has held various leadership roles within Infobip, including Director of Operations for the Customer Service Group and Director of Customer Services and Business Analytics for the Eurasia region, focusing on enhancing customer success across twelve countries. Previous experience includes roles at Speedflow and VEON, where Lika developed skills in account management and financial oversight. Lika holds a Higher National Diploma in Information Technology Project Management from Geek Brains University and a High School Diploma in Business Administration and Management from the International Slavic Institute.
