Mirela Hamzic

Mirela Hamzic is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in infrastructure engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Infrastructure Project Engineer and Team Leader at Infobip since September 2016, Mirela has progressed through various roles, including Infrastructure Expert and Senior Process Optimization Engineer. Prior experience includes working as a System Engineer and Project Manager at QSS d.o.o., where key responsibilities encompassed managing Check Point firewalls, overseeing project implementation, and providing technical support for various solutions. Mirela began academic involvement as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering University of Sarajevo. Educational qualifications include a degree in Telecommunications from the same institution and a CCNA certification from the Cisco Networking Academy.
