Timothy Lichte

Timothy Lichte started their work experience as an IT Help Desk Technician at Woodforest National Bank in 2005, where they handled incoming phone calls and resolved IT-related issues. Timothy then moved on to Nationstar Mortgage in 2012, initially working as a Change Management Analyst and later as a Senior Change Management Analyst, responsible for executing and providing guidance on the Change Management process.

In 2016, Lichte joined Caliber Home Loans, Inc. as a Sr. Project Manager, overseeing the implementation and execution of the IT Change Management Process. Timothy was later promoted to Vice President, leading the enterprise-wide IT Service Management program. In this role, they developed and managed various teams and processes, including Product Management, Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Knowledge Management.

Currently, Lichte is a Program Manager/Senior Consultant at Infocenter, starting in 2022.

Timothy Lichte obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History from The University of Texas at Arlington. Timothy attended the university from 2009 to 2011. In 2015, Timothy also obtained an ITIL Foundations Certification from PEOPLECERT.
