Jenny Dufek has a diverse range of work experience. Jenny began their career at BNY Mellon as an Assistant in 2002 and worked there until 2005. Following that, they joined General Atlantic and held various roles, including Research Assistant from 2005 to 2007, Information Specialist from 2008 to 2010, Research Analyst from 2011 to 2015, and Senior Research Analyst from 2016 to 2018. Since 2018, Jenny has been working at InfoDesk, where they initially served as a Solution Expert in Global Customer Success from 2018 to 2019. Afterwards, they held the position of Senior Project Manager in Professional Services from 2019 to 2023, where they were responsible for project management, client on-boarding, internal project management, Salesforce.com administration, and corporate training. Currently, Jenny is the Manager of Revenue Operations and also serves as the Director of Customer Success at InfoDesk.

Jenny Dufek earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management from Iona University, which they attended from 1998 to 2002. Jenny then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from the same institution, completing their studies from 2004 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained multiple certifications, including "Managing and Analyzing Data in Excel 2010," "Excel 2010: Macros in Depth," "Excel 2010: Pivot Tables in Depth," "Up and Running with PowerPoint 2010," "PowerPoint 2010 Essential Training," "Communicating across Cultures," "Excel 2010 Power Shortcuts," "Making Decisions," "PowerPoint 2010 Power Shortcuts," "Up and Running with LinkedIn," "Building Your Professional Network," "Managing Your Time," and "Confident, Assertive, and In-Charge." These certifications were obtained in various months and years, with the most recent being in May 2014.
