Fenil Shah

Fenil Shah began their professional career in 2005 as a Student Internship at Barista Coffee Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. In 2006, they joined Accenture in India as a Senior HR Specialist and Senior Assistant HR - Specialist HR. In 2020, they became the Head HR at Infoglen LLC. In their current role, they lead Accenture Operations Recruitment Compliance cell, performing Internal Audits on Talent Supply Chain processes and driving compliance agenda for the recruitment team. In their Business Partner HR role, they had an overall responsibility for driving the design and delivery of a business linked Human Capital strategy aligned to the objectives of the entity they support.

Fenil Shah completed a Post Graduation Certification in Human Capital Management from XLRI Jamshedpur in 2008, with a focus in Human Resources Management and Services. In 2014, they obtained a certification in Six Thinking Hats. In 2015, they obtained a certification in Project Management for Non - Project Managers from the International Institute for Learning.
